1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products (watchfaces, widgets, and apps) sold through Rollercoaster, operated by Bicraw AI Technologies, Bampslaan 1, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium (Company Number: BE 0658.917.436).

By making a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold are digital goods designed for Garmin smartwatches. Upon successful payment, you will receive a license key via email that activates your purchased product.

Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation. License keys are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

3. License Terms

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital product on your compatible Garmin device(s).

• The license is for personal use only
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key
• You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works
• One license key is valid for use on your personal devices

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the license key has been delivered. We cannot offer refunds after the license key has been sent to your email.

If you experience technical issues with a product, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All watchfaces, widgets, apps, and associated materials are the intellectual property of Bicraw AI Technologies. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property.

6. Compatibility

Products are designed for specific Garmin devices as listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your device before purchase. We are not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
